ATC Bolts and Fasteners Shipping Policy

1.Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information if applicable.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
• Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM will arrive by the next business day.
• Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping option. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Carriers
• We use reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and the fastest available service.
• ATC Bolts and Fasteners is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or any unforeseen events.
4. International Shipping
• International shipping is available for select locations. Rates, delivery times, and customs fees vary by destination.
• Customs, duties, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. ATC Bolts and Fasteners cannot provide an estimate of these costs, as they are determined by local authorities.
5. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
• ATC Bolts and Fasteners is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” but claimed as undelivered. Please check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly if this occurs.
7. Shipping Restrictions
• Due to specific carrier restrictions, we may not be able to ship certain products to some regions or countries. This includes oversized items or those with material restrictions.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain heavy or oversized products.
